The large-scale cold storage project for a food processing plant, designed and constructed by our company, has been officially put into operation. The total scale of the project covers two core sections: a 15,000 square meter cold storage and a 3,000 square meter workshop air conditioning system. The cold storage is engineered with a precisely controlled temperature range of -5℃ to 5℃, tailor-made for the fresh-keeping and storage of various vegetables; the workshop air conditioning system stably maintains an optimal operating temperature of 8℃ to 15℃, meeting the environmental requirements of food processing.

The refrigeration system is equipped with a dual-compressor configuration of open-type and semi-hermetic screw compressors, and the entire system adopts the eco-friendly refrigerant R507, combined with high-efficiency barrel pump liquid supply technology, which ensures both superior refrigeration efficiency and reliable operational stability. The thermal insulation system of the cold storage uses 150mm-thick polyurethane sandwich panels, delivering outstanding heat insulation performance and guaranteeing a uniform and constant temperature inside the storage.

Notably, the project is equipped with our self-developed intelligent cold storage monitoring platform, which can real-time track the operational status of the refrigeration system, collect and analyze all key operating data synchronously, and provide a scientific basis for equipment operation and maintenance as well as energy efficiency optimization.
