Based on the requirements of a large 1500㎡ space and a constant 8℃ temperature, we abandoned the conventional "one-size-fits-all" configuration. Through precise thermal calculations, we customized a system using seven 12P scroll-type air-cooled integrated refrigeration units. Scroll compressors are characterized by stable operation, high energy efficiency, and strong adaptability to low-temperature conditions. The seven units work collaboratively, intelligently adjusting their operating power according to changes in the workshop's heat load. This avoids energy waste from a single large unit operating at full load and eliminates temperature instability caused by overloading a small unit.
