As a core refrigeration heat exchanger, it cools high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from compressors into liquid via air-refrigerant indirect heat exchange, using outdoor air as the only cooling medium (no water/circulation systems needed). Composed of finned coils (copper coils, aluminum fins) and fans, its simple structure has two cycles: refrigerant releases heat and condenses in coils; fans draw air to absorb and discharge heat, with efficiency depending on air flow, fin cleanliness, ambient temperature and heat transfer area.
Key designs: serpentine/U-shaped finned coils (2-5mm spacing, optional anti-corrosion coating), variable/fixed-speed fans, rain/dust protection. Design pressure 1.6~3.0 MPa, operating pressure 1.0~2.5 MPa, working at -15~50℃ (condensation 45~55℃), adapting to R22, R404A. Cooling capacity 5~1200 kW, heat transfer area 15~300 ㎡, noise 60~78 dB(A), suitable for water-scarce areas, small/medium cold storage, chillers and industrial refrigeration.
