Manufactured by Qingdao Bingyan Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., this unit adopts natural refrigerant R744 carbon dioxide (GWP=1). Fully pre‑integrated in‑factory, it is equipped with imported semi‑hermetic piston compressors, self‑developed high‑pressure pressure vessels and an in‑house PLC intelligent electric control cabinet. Only water and power connections are required on‑site for commissioning, enabling stable quick‑freezing operation down to ‑42 °C.

The maximum system design pressure is 130 bar, with cooling capacity ranging from 216 kW to 504 kW. Air‑cooled or water‑cooled gas coolers are available as options. Multiple safety protections including over‑pressure and over‑current protection are implemented. The unit holds CE, ISO and other certifications, with one‑year warranty for the complete machine.

Non‑toxic and non‑flammable, it achieves 20%‑35% energy saving compared with conventional HFC units. It is suitable for quick‑freezing production lines for aquatic products, meat and pre‑cooked food, ultra‑low‑temperature cold storage and special‑purpose industrial cooling applications. It can also be retrofitted to replace legacy high‑GWP equipment. Customization, overseas technical support and full sets of export documents are available.
