The PU/PIR panel thickness has four mainstream specifications: 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. The 75mm and 100mm models are suitable for conventional cold storage (0~4℃) and medium-low temperature environments, featuring low thermal conductivity to prevent cold loss with excellent cost performance. The 150mm and 200mm thickened models are designed for low-temperature freezers (-18℃ and below) and ultra-low temperature warehouses, with superior thermal insulation to reduce refrigeration unit load and achieve remarkable long-term energy savings.
In terms of fire performance, all insulation panels use high flame-retardant core materials with a B1 fire rating, which can self-extinguish without toxic flue gas, complying with fire codes and enhancing cold storage safety. Adopting high-strength polyurethane integral foaming technology, the panels have precise edge joining and good splicing sealing; combined with special door locks and hinges, they achieve perfect cold storage sealing, ensuring stable temperature zones and lower energy consumption.
