Horizontal & Vertical Installation Steps
• Conduct base treatment with waterproof membrane and SBS cushion layer
• Fix galvanized L-shaped or U-shaped positioning parts with expansion bolts
• Lay the sealant base
• Pre-install panel joint sealant (double-sided groove sealant + middle polyurethane spraying)
• Install vertical wall panels
• Install wall purlins, C-section steel and quick mushroom head rivets when the length exceeds 6 meters
Ceiling Panel Installation Method
• Determine the length and hoisting direction of ceiling panels according to the main building girders (ceiling panel joints are parallel to the main building girders)
• Pre-install hanging beam structural parts: 6# channel steel and fixed hanging beams, connected to C-shaped keels with M12 hanging screws
• Hoist the thermal insulation ceiling panels
• Adjust the length of hanging screws
• Spray polyurethane foam at the main joints, use PVC casing for foaming to break the cold bridge, and trim the color steel flanging parts
