Precise Space Design for Maximum Utilization
Each cold storage unit measures 30 meters (length) × 20 meters (width) × 4 meters (height), with a total usable volume of 2400 cubic meters. Our design team conducted in-depth analysis of storage requirements and operational processes, optimizing the internal space layout to ensure maximum storage capacity while also ensuring smooth loading and unloading of goods. The rational height design not only maximizes vertical space utilization but also ensures uniform air distribution within the storage area—laying a solid foundation for stable temperature control. Meanwhile, the cold storage insulation system uses 150mm PU panels, which possess excellent thermal insulation performance, effectively blocking heat transfer between the inside and outside of the storage area, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration system, and further ensuring the stability of the internal temperature. This demonstrates our professional consideration in energy-saving design and thermal protection.
Scientific Refrigeration System Design: Reshaping the Benchmark of Efficiency and Stability
As the core of the cold storage, the refrigeration system is designed with high efficiency, low consumption, and long-term stability as its core objectives. We select world-class core components and achieve perfect integration through precise system design, as follows:
• Compressor Unit: Equipped with a German Bitzer compressor head, matched with R507 refrigerant. The Bitzer brand is renowned globally for its outstanding reliability and energy efficiency, while R507 refrigerant possesses excellent refrigeration performance and environmentally friendly characteristics. Our design team precisely matches the compressor capacity and refrigerant usage according to the cold storage's cooling capacity requirements, achieving optimal load distribution and minimizing energy loss. The Bitzer compressor, combined with our intelligent control system, can operate smoothly even under extreme low-temperature conditions, ensuring continuous and stable refrigeration performance.
