This cold storage unit features a customized single-room structure, measuring 25 meters (length) × 10 meters (width) × 4 meters (height), providing ample storage space while ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the chamber. During the design phase, our R&D team optimized the chamber's insulation structure and air circulation path, laying a solid foundation for maintaining a stable -25℃ environment. Precise temperature control (temperature fluctuation ≤ ±0.5℃) effectively protects the quality of stored goods, making it suitable for storing frozen foods, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature-sensitive items.

High-Efficiency Parallel Compressor Units: Energy Saving and Stability Combined

The core of the refrigeration system utilizes our carefully selected multi-parallel compressor units, equipped with semi-hermetic screw compressors.

This design boasts three core advantages:

•   High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The multi-parallel configuration allows for flexible adjustment of the number of compressors operating according to the actual cooling capacity requirements of the cold storage, avoiding energy waste caused by the full-load operation of traditional single units and significantly reducing operating energy consumption;

•   Stability and Reliability: The semi-hermetic screw compressor features stable operation, low failure rate, and long service life. The multi-compressor redundancy design ensures that the cold storage can continue to operate normally even when a single compressor is under maintenance, avoiding storage losses due to equipment failure;

•   Environmental Protection and Safety: R507 environmentally friendly refrigerant is selected. This refrigerant has excellent thermodynamic performance, is suitable for low-temperature conditions down to -25℃, and meets international environmental standards, posing no risk of ozone layer depletion, thus balancing refrigeration efficiency and environmental protection requirements.

Intelligent Monitoring System: 24/7 Visualized Operation and Maintenance

This project utilizes our independently developed cold storage operation monitoring platform, enabling intelligent and remote management of cold storage operation and maintenance. Core cold storage parameters, including real-time temperature, refrigeration unit operating status, and power consumption statistics, can be viewed anytime via mobile phone or computer, allowing maintenance personnel to fully grasp equipment operation without on-site supervision. The platform also features an anomaly alarm function; when temperature fluctuations exceed limits, unit operation malfunctions, or power consumption is abnormal, it will immediately push warning information, helping maintenance personnel respond quickly and handle issues promptly, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving management efficiency.

High-Efficiency Heat Exchange System for Enhanced Refrigeration Efficiency

In terms of heat exchange system design, the evaporator adopts a combination of air cooler and air duct, coupled with an optimized air circulation path design, enabling rapid and uniform diffusion of cold air, further improving temperature uniformity within the compartment, and enhancing heat exchange efficiency. The condenser uses an evaporative condenser, which, compared to traditional condensers, has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency and water and energy saving. It can adapt to different ambient temperature conditions, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the refrigeration system even in high-temperature environments, providing strong support for maintaining stable operation in low-temperature environments down to -25℃.
